We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join the team at our residential home in Lincolnshire. This is a full time or part time, permanent position. Duties include supporting individuals with regard to decision making and lifestyle choices whilst promoting independence as much as possible. Additionally, you will be involved in personal care routines, daily activities and provide support in all aspects of the service user’s life. We are looking for motivated and inspirational people who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable individuals.
Home from Home Care provides specialist residential care for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs. Created by parents, we combine the family perspective with experienced social care professionals to deliver excellence. Our person centred approach means that our bespoke needs-led support packages are created and delivered from the viewpoint of what is best for the individual.
Applicants with a Health and Social Care qualification is preferred but not essential as full induction and training will be provided. All offers will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure and references. Costs for this will be met by Home from Home Care. Own transport is preferred due to locations of our homes.
